Registration information for the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 season is open online and closes on September 3rd. Space is limited.   If your son is not playing in the fall, we ask that you please register and complete the required forms for the spring at this time so we can plan accordingly.

Helpful Tip Before You Begin Online Registration:

Have your players US Lacrosse # and expiration date available.  If you do not have this information or if the membership is expired, go to http://www.uslacrosse.org/membership/index.phtml.  Click on “Apply or Renew Online” or call Membership Services at 410-235-6882 x102.  You will not be able to proceed with registration without this information. For new player registration click here.  NOTE:  YOUR SON WILL BE UNABLE TO PLAY WITH HP LACROSSE IF THIS INFORMATION IS OUT OF DATE AND IF THE REQUIRED FORMS BELOW ARE NOT SUBMITTED.

How To Register:

NEW PLAYERS

1.     Go to www.highlandparklacrosse.org.

2.     (Click on “Create An Account” on the bottom right corner of the homepage.

3.    Create a PARENT login account.  Enter a Parent name, email address and password. 
Select registration type (parent/player) and “Register”.  You will receive an email

Please check your spam mailbox if you do not receive this message in your inbox. 
Click on the verification link in the email.  Once verified, you may continue registration.
NOTE:  Highland Park Lacrosse will communicate to the parents and players via email.

messages being delivered to your spam folder. You will have the option later to add other
members of your family to the HP Lacrosse email distribution list through this primary account
during registration and only one account is required per household.

4.    Login to your account by entering your Email address and Password located under “Returning Users” from the homepage.  Continue with PARENT information. 
Add your PARENT contact information.  You can add as many parent records as needed.

5.    Register your PLAYER(S).
Add your PLAYER information.  You will be able to register as many players as needed. The address of your player must be within the HPISD school district to be eligible to play for HP lacrosse.

6.    Digitally sign the online HP Lacrosse Waiver of Release and Liability, Extracurricular and Co-curricular Pledge and Scot Athlete Agreement. 

7.    Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. 

8.    Once payment has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

Forms Required for HIGH SCHOOL and YOUTH Registration:

1.    Extracurricular and Co-curricular pledge (completed online) YOUTH, HIGH SCHOOL

2.    Scot Athlete Agreement (completed online) YOUTH, HIGH SCHOOL

3.    HP Lacrosse Waiver of Release and Liability (completed online) ALL DIVISIONS

4.    Medical Form YOUTH, HIGH SCHOOL (you will be required to print, complete and mail before your son can play).  All players are required to have a Medical Form on file with HP Lacrosse.  This form is available under the “Forms & Documents” section on the website and will also be emailed with your registration confirmation.  If you already have a Medical Form on file with the school, please complete the Emergency Medical Card.   Mail the appropriate form before practices begin to:
